Our products

All our hair pieces are made of 100% virgin human hair with Super Double Drawn fullness. Because hair is a natural product and individual screen displays vary, actual colour tones, texture definition, and appearance may differ slightly from what you view on your screen.

Prices and payment

Prices across the store are displayed in Kenyan shillings (KES) and confirmed at checkout. Payment methods are presented during checkout, and payment must be received before an order is processed. We reserve the right to correct any clear pricing errors that occur.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order—for example, if an item is unavailable or out of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Delivery and returns

Shipping, delivery handling, and return eligibility are governed by our dedicated Delivery & Returns policy. Please review those guidelines before placing an order.

Hair care

Care guidance provided on our product pages represents advice to help you care for your hair piece. It is advisory only and does not constitute a technical warranty or performance guarantee.
